Dr. Joynicole Martinez is founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Alchemist Agency, a Management Consulting and Executive Coaching firm serving leading corporations, health care facilities, non governmental organizations, and not-for-profit corporations.

 

Dr. Martinez has over 20 years of experience providing capacity-building services, including executive and board training, strategic planning, and organizational design with a focus on performance management, fund development and impact measurement.

 

Joynicole has trained professionals and presented at the Microsoft Corporation, the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, US Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), the Coca-Cola Company, the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics, UNESCO, Ritz Paris, and leading corporations and organizations in The Hague, Paris, London, Brussels, Trinidad & Tobago, Canada, and Mexico.

 

As a community advancement and public health expert, Joynicole has developed initiatives that reach across disciplines to strengthen health and wellness. For example, the development of mixed-income, mixed-finance housing communities that address the social determinants of health, equity and human rights.

 

In addition to her role as an United Nations Volunteer, she is featured member on SheSource, an online brain trust of female experts on diverse topics designed to serve journalists, producers, and booking agents. She is an inaugural member of the Peace50 (P50) Community, an international engagement group that proposes policy recommendations related to peace, and the US Chair for Housing and Development for the International Women's Chamber ALL. As a champion for equity and human capital development, Dr. Martinez serves as the Director of Research for the World Woman Foundation.
