Roosevelt Ethridge, Ph.D. is a voice that is building bridges around the world With a focus on spiritual formation, leadership development, and legacy building, his work guides people through complex challenges, helping them to restore identity, cultivate resilience, and multiply influence across generations. He is a published author and facilitates trainings worldwide. Roosevelt has a recorded forty-six (46) trips abroad reaching sixty (60) countries and counting.

Roosevelt’s impact is truly global; he is known for combining scholarly rigor with real-world application, translating complex ideas into actionable insights that heal, train, and form leaders worldwide. He mentors executives through coaching exemplifying intellectual depth, pratical wisdom, and strategic global influence. Roosevelt has performed personal development training forthe Fraud Department of the Kingston Police department in Kingston, Jamaica. In addition, he has facilitated numerous sessions for law enforcement in Cagayan de Oro, Philippines.

Roosevelt Ethridge, Jr. inspires individuals to step into their purpose, lead with integrity, and create legacies that outlast them. In addition, he is the founder of the Global Leader’s Network. This is a network of leaders who are provoked to create change in communities abroad. He serves as an advisor and instructor for students in Ph.D. cohorts throughout Thailand, Philippines, and India.
