Dr. Shaw is a woman of many hats, she is a retired public-school educator of 33 years. Beyond that she continues connecting with students at the collegiate level as an adjunct professor.
In addition to her eldership at Truth Tabernacle Ministries, Inc. she is the chief strategic church planner along with being the former Dean of Leadership Training Institute.
Dr. Shaw sits on several boars, and she is a Certified Life Coach trainer and the Chief Executive Officer of Master’s Training Wheel, Inc.

Dr. Gary Daynes is the founder of Back Porch Consulting, a firm whose culture uses the warmth and trust of the back porch to build the resilience of educational, religious, and civic organizations and their leaders.
Dr. Daynes has served as Vice-President to colleges spanning over a 25-year career. He work has given him the opportunity to serve many colleges and organizations through consultation and development trainings.

Owning the Brand, Knowing the Market
A native of Eastern North Carolina, Kimberly Walston is a retired accountant regarded for transformational advice and rehabilitative counsel. Owner of Arrow Works of Rocky Mount, a visual communication and business development firm, Kimberly has invested years at the university and community college levels teaching students in Accounting, Business Law, Organizational Behavior, Computer Literacy, and Auditing.
Professionally, Kimberly serves as the Director of Marketing for OIC of Rocky Mount. A Certified Mental Health First Aid Responder for Youth and Adults, Certified Mental Health Coach, Certified Professional Life Coach (CPLC), and caregiver of two parents, Kimberly enjoys sharing transformative life moments that produce sharable strategies for caregivers to continue serving effectively and consistently with strength, renewed focus, and determination. Her podcast, Signed a Caregiver Who Gets It, undergirds her passion for creating safe places for leaders and caregivers, promoting redemptive patience, healing, and wholeness. Kimberly's blog, Green Chair Moments, and Managing Inconveniences, her first book, are equally a testament to her focus on safe places to reveal, release, and psychologically reskill.
To complete her background, Kimberly is completing her Ph.D. in Education-Education Technology at Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA, and is a member of Red Budd Holy Church in Rocky Mount, NC.

Gloria Samuels is a native of High Point, North Carolina. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and her master’s degree in public administration with a focus in nonprofit management from High Point University.
She has served on numerous boards including Board of Directors for Hold out the Lifeline Ministries; Schools of Davidson County; Community of Faith of Davidson County; The Family Selection Board for Habitat for Humanity; Board of Directors for Experience in Self Reliance (WS); and Board Secretary of Love Out Loud (WS). She is the owner and Chief Executive Office of The Real Gloria Worldwide. She is also the apostolic voice and senior pastor of Great Commission Community church, Winston-Salem, NC.

Dr. Christopher Davis
Mastering the Intersection between the Command and the Response
Pastor Christopher (Chris) G. Davis serves as the Vice-Chair of the Fayetteville PWC Board on Mar. 8, 2023, and will serve as Treasurer during fiscal year 2023. Davis is a retired U.S. Army Engineer Officer and served as a member of the Fayetteville City Council representing District 6, from 2019 – 2022. He has also served as Chair of the City Planning Commission and Vice Chair of the Joint Appearance Commission, and Teen Court Judge for Cumberland County.
He is presently an Adjunct Instructor at Methodist University, where he teaches Leadership and Youth Ministry Leadership. In 2023, he was appointed to the North Carolina Board of Science, Technology, and Innovation as a Member at Large. Davis was personally awarded the Bronze Star and Purple Heart Medal for wounds sustained from IED blasts while leading route clearance operations in Marjah City. He is the senior Pastor of Force of Life Ministries, Fayetteville, NC.

Mayor Moore is a progressive person that rewrites her history and impact in the earth frequently. Whether it is chaplaincy work, community leadership, or representing as an elected-official, Pastor Moore continues to make strides in the earth. Her education fuels her throttle to serve mankind.
She has served the population in business and service for many years. With a cumulative 30 plus years of service, Mayor Moore continues to revolutionize communities with patterns that changes the norm and trajectory of organization for the better.

Leadership Surge Panel Discussion
After much prayer and meditation, Pastor Journigan accepted the assignment from God to start a ministry from the ground up called Integrity Ministries Global Church, in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Pastor Journigan has served as Secretary, Chaplain, and Vice President for the Fayetteville Cumberland County Ministerial Council, and she is currently serving as the President. She also serves as a Chaplin for the Fayetteville Police Department and as a Member of the Key Communicators Program for Cumberland County Schools.
In October of 2020, She and her Daughter Trina Jerald launched the nonprofit “From Trauma to Triumphant.” In February of 2023 she received the Religious Leader award from the Fayetteville-Cumberland Human Relations for her commitment in serving the community.

Bishop Will Davis
Bishop Davis is the senior pastor of The Glorious Church of Raleigh. He serves with over 40 years of community service experience to the community. Bishop Davis is not a novice to leadership. He rallies around everyone’s ability to become “whole in Christ.”
As Bishop Davis serves on boards, and in communities, he is a vision leader that believes in people, faith, and reconciliation.
